FIFA has not announced ticket pricing for the 2026 World Cup (as of May 31st, 2024). However, if we use Qatar as an example, these are the prices we might expect to pay to see the championship games in person in Mexico, Canada, and the US, although this does not account for inflation or potential cost differences between the three countries.

For Qatar, FIFA divided its pricing costs into four categories, plus others for people with different disabilities. The organization wasn’t specific about the differences between Category 2 and 3 (which mainly depended on a stadium’s layout), but category 1 clearly included the best seats in the house, though. Category 4 was reserved for citizens of Qatar, and while we don’t know if FIFA will offer a similar category of tickets for citizens of the three hosts cities, we know that it did offer category 4 tickets for Russian citizens in 2018. So, we can expect about 40% of these tickets to go to Mexican, Canadian, and American nationals.
